Privacy Notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Summary
This website only informs. It has no shop, no account, no form and no newsletter. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not sell data.
2. Who is responsible
Christian Nikoloski, Eigerweg 4, 3700 Spiez, Switzerland. Email: [email protected].
3. What data we process, why, and on what basis
Under Swiss law we process data in line with the principles of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is named in brackets.
a) Visiting this website. Our hosting provider Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare, Inc., USA) processes technical data such as IP address, time of the request, requested page, and browser and device information, to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable. We do not use this data to identify you and do not combine it with other data. (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure website.)
b) Language choice. If you pick a language with the EN/DE switch, your browser stores that choice in its local storage so the site opens in your language next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it in your browser settings.
c) Email. If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer you. (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.)
4. Who receives data
Cloudflare, Inc. as hosting provider. We pass data on to authorities where the law requires it.
5. Transfers abroad
Cloudflare may process data in the USA and other countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as Switzerland or the EU. The transfer relies, where available, on the provider's certification under the Swiss-US or EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may ask for information about the data we hold about you, and for correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection, within the limits of the law. Write to [email protected]. You may complain to the supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
7. Automated decisions
We take no decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effect on you.
8. Changes
If we add anything that processes personal data, for example an order function or a waiting list, we update this notice before it goes live.
